1. Coupon not working/Expired Coupon

Every coupon comes with validity and if validity is over, you cannot use the coupon. But there are more coupons coming your way through our various promotions!

Keep checking the coupons for more offers.

2. Forgot to use coupon code?

An order once placed, cannot be edited. You can always use the coupon for your next order with us.

1. How do I log into Glam-U?

You can log into Glam-U either by our mobile app or by website, through any of your active mail-Id or through your Facebook Id or through your Google Id.

2. Glam-U doesn’t sell my favourite brand. How can I tell you about it?

We would love to hear what you think is missing on Glam-U. We are open to new products to expand our selection. So don’t hesitate to give your feedbacks or suggestions through Contact Us page or drop a mail to support@glam-u.com.

3. Support team availability?

Our support team is here to help you from 9.00 am to 7.30 pm.

4. What is the maximum COD Limit?

There is a limit of Rs.500 on COD orders.

6. How do I delete my account?

You will need to contact our customer support through chat, phone or email to delete your account.

Payment Related

1. What are the modes of payment?

We have following modes of payment –

a) Cash On Delivery (COD)

b) Online Payment (Razorpay partner)

c) Pay Later (SIMPL)

If the order has to be left at the security gate, please choose online mode of payment.

2. Is it safe to use my debit/credit card to shop on Glam-U?

Yes. It is. All transactions on Glam-U are completed via secure payment gateways that are PCI DSS compliant.

3. How can I delete my saved card details?

Please contact our support team through support@glam-u.com.

4. Can I change the Mode of Payment after placing the order?

No. As the orders are already in process, change of payment mode is not possible. Instead you can cancel or return the order and then place a new order by choosing your preferred payment method.

5. My payment is debited and order is not confirmed?

Do not Worry, the amount deducted will be automatically refunded to you. Your money is safe and it will reflect in your account in a maximum of 3 – 5 business days.

Order/Products Related

1. Need help with products delivered/returns and Refund?

For all return/refund or replacement policy, please reach us through chat or send a mail to support@glam-u.com.

2. Can I change the delivery address of my order?

Once an order is placed, it cannot be routed to another address. You can return your order and place a new order after updating the delivery address.

3. How do I cancel my order?

We do our best to accommodate your request before the order is dispatched. However, post the order is dispatched we request you to please connect with our rider from order tracking page.

4. Out of Stock?

We try to replenish all the items which are out of stock regularly. However, you could simply click on ‘Notify’ button and we will send you a notification once it is available.
