Terms and Conditions:

1. We will collect the details of each product through a Google drive shared folder path link and then we will update the same in our dashboard.
2. The price of all products that you quote should be less than or equal to that of in your own website or in other marketplace.
3. Prior notice should be given, if you planned to provide any additional discounts/offers on your products.
4. We will also intimate you on the price change that we are making from our side.
5. Shipping charges would be borne by customers and we will charge it based on product price, quantity and delivery location.
6. Customer returns should be borne by the supplier and Courier returns would be borne by Glam-U.
7. Payment for each sold product would be done on every Friday. (If it falls on a government holiday, then it will be done on the next business day).
8. Payment would be done after deducting 15% commission for each sold product.
9. Sales Report would be sent on every fortnight, i.e. Alternate Thursdays (If it falls on government holiday, then it will be done on next business day).
10. You should allow us to use your logo and product related images from social media or from your website, to perform business promotions.
11. If any suppliers are found to be acted against our terms and policies as well as the government norms and conditions, your tie-up with us would be terminated immediately and any pending payments or refunds will not be transferred.
