HOW DOES THE DELIVERY PROCESS WORK?

  • Once our system processes your order, your products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in a perfect condition.
  • After they pass through the final round of quality check, they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner.
  • Our delivery partners then bring the package to you at the earliest possibility. In case, they are unable to reach your provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.
  • International Shipping – International clients do not pay import duties levied by their government to Glam-U. Clients will have to pay the customs duty to the courier provider in order to receive the product.

HOW ARE ITEMS PACKAGED?

  • We package our products in boxes, which are covered in a plastic layer. Each individual product is packaged in bubble wrap while fragile items like bottles are safely secured with additional bubble wrap.
  • We pride ourselves on the quality of our packaging

MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED. NOW HOW CAN I TRACK IT?

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order.
  • You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse.

WHAT IS THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME?

  • We usually dispatch most orders within 1-4 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays)
  • Though, we keep 95% of our catalogue in our inventory, certain products need to be sourced directly from the brand itself so that we can live up to our promise of providing fresh, non-expired products.
  • While we are trying our best to avoid this situation, these products might delay your order. However, in case of international orders, product delivery may get delayed due to reasons attributable to logistics, public holidays, etc.
  • If you are ordering our products from a Mega Sale event, dispatches may be a bit delayed due to increased volumes. We will target to dispatch all orders within 5 days of order date.

MY ORDER WILL BE SHIPPED IN MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS? WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?

  • Don’t worry! This is a completely normal situation. This just means that different parts of your order may have simply been shipped from our different warehouse locations. Rest assured, you will only have to pay the shipping/COD charge if applicable, on the first package you receive.
  • International orders, in most instances, will be shipped in their entirety as one shipment.

HOW DOES THE SHIPPING CHARGES ARE CALCULATED?

  • Our shipping charges are calculated on the basis of the number of product items ordered.
  • If the number of product items is less than 3 then the shipping charge would be Rs 59 + 18% GST.
  • If the number of product items is 3 or 4, then the shipping charge would be Rs 79 + 18% GST.
  • Like this, shipping charges will increase by Rs 20 + 18% GST for addition of product items.

Refund policy

Authenticity Guarantee

At Glam-u.com, we only stock authentic products. All our items are genuine and are sourced directly from the manufacturer or from their authorized distributors. Prior to shipping, we do several levels of rigorous quality checks, hence eliminating any chances of counterfeit products. If you have any concerns about the authenticity of any of the items you have purchased from us or are considering purchasing, please contact us directly by emailing us at support@glam-u.com and we shall be happy to address your concerns.

Returns policy for Full-Size Products

Glam-u.com follows a transparent "No Questions Asked" returns policy for all full-size products bought from our online store. You can return the unused products you have ordered within 14 days of the date of receipt. Please note that used products cannot be returned. To return the unused goods, please email us at support@glam-u.com and we will walk you through the process till completion.

Special instructions for reverse pickup

The reverse product will be assigned within 24-48 hours and the product will be picked in another 4-5 working days.

After the product is picked along with the packaging box, the delivery executive will hand over the invoice. We will need a picture of this invoice to be shared with us on support@glam-u.com

Refunds Policy

Refunds are processed in a maximum of 15 days from the date on which Glam-U, receives returned goods. In case of prepaid order through Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking, the amount will be refunded back to the account from which it was paid within 3-5 working days. In case of Cash-on-Delivery order, a refund cheque will be deposited in your bank account in favor of the “Billing Name” used while placing the order or bank transfer will be made for which certain details need to be provided over email (support@glam-u.com), the amount will be refunded back to the account from which it was paid within 3-5 working days.

Please note that Cash-on-Delivery charges and Shipping Charges (if applicable) are not refundable.

Cancellation policy

An order can be cancelled only up to it is in "Pending" state. Once we start processing, it can not be cancelled.you will have to send us an email on support@glam-u.com with reasons for the cancellation.Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, it will take us a maximum of 1-2 business days to cancel the order You will be notified of the same by email.

Note: Any single product in the kit/set cannot be replaced or returned.
